How can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up directly from Happy Hands Pottery and Art Studio. We’re located at 57 Mill St. N, Brampton, ON, L6X 1S9. We’re open from Mondays to Fridays, 12:00 to 7:00 pm and Saturdays, 10:00 to 4:00 pm. Please bring your order confirmation email.
Can I test the supplies first before purchasing?
Yes. We have testers you can try when you visit our studio. It’s not available online.
Do you offer shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over $100. For orders below $100, only the pick up option is available.
Are all products always in stock?
Most items are regularly stocked, but availability may vary. Check product pages for current stock status.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
