How hard is it to write poetry? Not hard at all when you get to play with other people’s words!

Register online and then come play with space on the page! (You can also just show up and pay with cash at the door.) Pay-What-You-Can tickets are available ($39 regular price, including all materials).

We will take existing poems and cut them up. We’ll provide frames and glue for you to take those words and create your own poems.

It’s fun and easy and inclusive! All levels are invited, whether you’re a seasoned poetry pro or have never used wordplay in your life.

Sharing your optional. Feedback will be minimal, as this is more of a fun writing lab than a workshop in the traditional sense.

This activity is also on-theme for Murgatroyd’s forthcoming poetry collection white spaces where we learn to breathe), published by Marion Lougheed at Off Topic Publishing. Meet us both in this friendly environment!

LOW-INCOME tickets are available – just click through to the ticket options.

This event is IN PERSON at the Tranzac.
