Join us for a cozy and creative evening where tea, poetry, and community come together. We will have time to write, and people are welcome to bring their own favorite poem, and at the end, share it with everyone else (optional). We will have light writing prompts and a warm cup of tea as we reflect on the theme of “Love, Unromanticized” - moments of self-love, friendship, grief, and care.

All are welcome. Whether you're a seasoned poet or a quiet listener, there's a place for you here. No prior experience needed.

Host/Instructor

Angelica Candido is a visual artist and poet whose work draws from her heritage, surroundings, and dreams, blending reality and imagination to explore themes of grief, healing, and transformation. Her book ‘Interconnectedness’ weaves art and poetry into a contemplative journey, and she creates spaces that foster emotional connection through creativity.
