This 4-week course explores using your creativity while using mindfulness and meditation in art. Using a journal, students will be prompted to use various mediums such as pen, pencil, watercolor, or collage. Our instructor, Angelica Candido, has various sketchbooks filled with drawings and uses mindfulness in her daily practices. During these sessions, she will teach you the basics of drawing and using various mediums so that you can create mindfully while learning the skills needed for drawing and painting. Materials will be provided.
